& Wastewater User Rate Study Results
Request from the Director
of Finance that the City Council provide input to staff and direction in how to
proceed with the results from the water and wastewater user rate study
performed by Bartle Wells Associates, and direct staff to notice and proceed
with the public hearing required pursuant to Proposition 218.
