Director of Community Development that the City Council take the following
action:

Introduce an Ordinance granting a
one-year time extension for valid entitlements, plan checks and construction
permits authorized under Title 10 and Title 4 of the Municipal Code,
respectively; and
2.
Waive the first reading of said
Ordinance.
